Four projects led by the School win EELISA grants

02 Apr. 2026

The European university alliance EELISA has announced the results of the 7th edition of its Joint Call for Proposals, aimed at fostering educational cooperation among its member institutions.

A total of 39 proposals were submitted for this seventh call, of which 17 were selected for funding, with each project eligible for up to €12,000.

For the first time, this edition introduced two distinct tracks: Research & Innovation, and Student-Led Training, Community Building, and Campus Engagement. This new structure reflects the wide range of activities carried out by EELISA Communities across the alliance.

According to the evaluation panel, the selected projects stood out for their originality, their use of active learning methods, their inter-institutional collaboration, and their strong potential for long-term impact beyond the funding period.

École nationale des ponts et chaussées will coordinate four of the 17 selected projects.

As a reminder, EELISA brings together ten European universities, primarily with a technological focus, including École nationale des ponts et chaussées as one of its founding members.

The projects led by the School will address topics such as pollinator habitats within the EELISA network, the management of complex industrial systems, the planning of the European power system by 2050 using numerical simulations, and research-based learning through archival work.

The four projects led by the School are as follows:
