Academic year 2026–2027: a financial support from the School for engineering students not eligible for CROUS grants

École nationale des ponts et chaussées is introducing a specific grant for engineering students who are not eligible for CROUS means-tested grants, in particular certain international students from outside the European Union, for the 2026–2027 academic year.

This grant is designed to support students whose circumstances require additional assistance during their studies. It is intended to supplement any other grants or funding sought by the student and may be applied for when the measures already taken are insufficient to cover the costs associated with their studies.

Applications will be assessed on the basis of an overall evaluation of each individual’s circumstances, taking into account, in particular, academic performance, study plans and career aspirations, financial circumstances, as well as the student’s involvement in student life, voluntary work, civic engagement, sport or the arts.

Practical details on how to apply will be announced in September, at the start of the academic year. Applications will be reviewed by an awards committee, which will meet in October.
