Academic year 2026–2027: means-tested grants for engineering students to be assessed and administered by the CROUS

11 Jun. 2026

The École nationale des ponts et chaussées has signed an agreement with the Créteil CROUS: from the start of the 2026–2027 academic year, means-tested grants for engineering students will be processed and administered by the CROUS Créteil.

Apply for a grant

Students wishing to apply for a means-tested grant must complete their Student Financial Support Form (DSE) via the national portal: https://messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/
We recommend that you complete this process as soon as possible to ensure your application is processed without delay.

Exemption from tuition fees

Students receiving a means-tested grant are exempt from paying tuition fees.

Special circumstances

Students on long-term work placements or taking a gap year are not eligible for a means-tested grant during this period.
For any queries regarding an individual’s circumstances, the processing of an application or a potential appeal, please contact the CROUS.

International students who are not eligible for CROUS support

International students who are not eligible for CROUS means-tested grants will receive a separate communication at the end of June setting out the financial support options available to them.
