Developing a cycling plan beyond major cities

Cycling extends far beyond urban centers: rural and suburban areas also have significant potential for cycling… provided that methods and solutions are tailored to local challenges.

This conference will explore the opportunities and conditions for promoting cycling outside major metropolitan areas, as well as a method developed by the École nationale des ponts et chaussées for designing a tailored cycling plan.
