INNOV'NIGHT 2026
Institut Polytechnique de Paris is organizing its 4th edition of INNOV'NIGHT, the immersive innovathon addressing the 21st century issues. The event will take place from Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 6:30 PM to Friday, April 17, 2026 at 9:00 AM at Télécom Paris.
INNOV’NIGHT 2026 is open to students and PhD students from IP Paris (École Polytechnique, ENSTA, École nationale des ponts et chaussées, ENSAE Paris, Télécom Paris and Télécom SudParis as well as their incubators) and partners, including HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris.
For about 15 hours, participants will take part in an immersive experience to turn Ideas into action. They will develop their projects around one of the following 5 categories:
- Energy & Environmental Transition – How can we rethink energy production and consumption for a more sustainable future?
- Security & Fintech – What innovations can secure data, transactions, and digital exchanges?
- Health & Well-being – How can technology improve health and daily well-being?
- Sustainable City & Mobility – Imagining solutions for smarter, more inclusive, and eco-friendly cities.
- Industry 4.0 & Digital Transformation – Exploring the opportunities of AI, automation, and digitalization.
Throughout the night, teams will receive guidance from mentors and experts to help them structure, challenge, and enhance their ideas.
The jury will evaluate each project based on four key criteria: storytelling and pitch clarity, ability to illustrate the solution convincingly, project feasibility and project impact.
Winning teams will each receive €2,000 to help develop their projects.
All participating teams will also be eligible to apply for international programs such as the EuroTeQaThon or the EuroTeq Bootcamp, offering opportunities for European collaboration and increased visibility.
Program
- 6:30pm : Welcome in the Thévenin auditorium (Télécom Paris)
- 7:00pm : Opening conference & roundtable with inspiring guests
- 7:45pm : Program presentation
- 8:15pm: Dinner & team formation
- 9:00pm - 6:30am : Collaborative work session with coach support
- 7:00am - 8:00am : Final pitches in front of the jury
- 8:15am - 9:00am : Closing ceremony, winner announcements & award distribution
