Registration and re-registration for the 2026-2027 academic year

The administrative period for PhD students will run from 6 July to 31 October 2026, regardless of their host institution.
- PhD students affiliated with CEREA, CIRED, LEESU, LHSV, LIGM and NAVIER: procedure introduced by ED IP Paris 626
- PhD students affiliated with CERMICS: procedure introduced by ED MH 574
- PhD students affiliated with LATTS and LVMT: procedure introduced by ED VTT 528
- PhD students affiliated with PjSE: specific ‘Ponts’ procedure (information available in your ADUM personal account; click on ‘I wish to apply for re-enrolment in year X’ and check the documents required to update your application).
Thesis defences before 31 December 2026
- Initiating the procedure via the Adum personal portal
- No need for administrative re-enrolment
- No tuition fees to pay
- No CVEC fee to pay
- No additional CSI
