The long-term nature of infrastructure projects often clashes with the uncertainty surrounding the timetable and scale of industrial projects. The conference will explore the methods and levers that can be utilised to address these challenges. How can a region’s capacity to anticipate and organise itself in the face of an industrial resurgence be strengthened? More broadly, how can an industrial project be turned into a regional project?
