The School Receives an Award for Its Project “My Role as a Public Servant in the Face of the Ecological Emergency”
The School received the Employee Acculturation Award for the training course “My Role as a Public Servant in the Face of the Ecological Emergency.”
This training course was designed by Elodie Texier Pauton at the School’s Public Action Training Center, in partnership with the General Secretariat of the Ministries of Ecology, Territory, Transportation, Cities, and Housing, the General Commission for Sustainable Development, and the General Directorate of Administration and the Civil Service.
Launched earlier this year on the interministerial MENTOR platform, this training course has already been completed by more than 10,000 public officials. Through testimonials from colleagues, it provides concrete examples of actions that can be taken to integrate ecological issues into one’s role. It is one of the modules made available to ministries for the mandatory training of their employees on the ecological transition, following the modules that provide a knowledge base.
Organized by Groupe AEF, the Talents For The Planet Awards recognize the best training and skills-building initiatives on sustainable development issues each year. The awards ceremony took place during the Produrable trade show.
