Join us at SIBCA 2025 - Salon de l'Immobilier Bas Carbone for the “Talents afternoon" dedicated to recruitment and training on Friday, September 5.

Dominique Naert, Director of the Mastère Spécialisé® Immobilier et Bâtiment Durables at the École nationale des ponts et chaussées, will take part in a round-table discussion on the subject of “Renovation and regeneration of old buildings: strategies and challenges”, on Friday September 5 from 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm in the Churchill Room at the Grand Palais.

In the face of the climate emergency, the renovation of existing buildings and the regeneration of local areas are absolute priorities if we are to achieve carbon neutrality. This collective project is about more than just energy performance: it involves a global reflection on use, reversibility, materials, historical value and the place of heritage in the sustainable city.
