Background
The gradual rise in awareness of today’s environmental challenges are leading to the development of new standards and objectives for reducing the environmental impact and energy consumption of buildings.
The target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by a factor of four in 40 years is a major challenge for buildings, which account for 45% of energy consumption in France.
Objectives

The IBE Advanced Masters programme offers a global approach to the construction, renovation and management of buildings, aimed at facilitating relations between all the players concerned – finance providers, owners, designers, builders, industrialists, managers and users – by establishing a common culture.
The purpose of the course is to help people involved in real estate and building to work together – the only way they will in practice be able to achieve high energy efficiency levels, whilst controlling costs and obtaining public acceptance.

Partnerships: The Advanced Masters Programme has established an active partnership with five companies in the sector:a property ownership and management company, LOGEMENT FRANÇAIS (Groupe AXA), a global real estate operator, CRÉDIT AGRICOLE IMMOBILIER, a construction company, RABOT DUTILLEUL, an energy services company, DALKIA, and a big industrial firm, SAINT- GOBAIN.
Openings
Graduates will work in property management firms, financial institutions, real estate firms, architectural offices, design offices, building contractors, producers and dealers in equipment and materials, operators, users.
