Scientific placement
Scientific placement
The scientific placement is a work experience with a focus on research. As an initiation to the world of research, it exposes you to new working methods: experiment, analysis and evaluation of results, immersion in a research community.
The Placements and Career Guidance Department collect topics designed to be suitable for to first-year students from laboratories and research centres. The selected placement offers, in France and abroad, are presented to students at the start of the calendar year. Students apply directly to French entities, who make their own choices. Applicants for placements abroad are selected by the School on the basis of their motivation and course results.
