"Talents" program
In order to promote equal opportunities for access to the State's senior management technical corps, École nationale des ponts et chaussées is setting up a "Talents" Pathway alongside the other schools responsible for training these corps.
This program is open to all students in their final year of engineering studies, who meet the conditions for receiving a scholarship and taking the competitive entrance exams for these bodies.
The aim of this course is to apply for at least the competitive entrance examination to the engineering corps called "des ponts, des eaux et des forêts". It is also designed to lead to a diploma in engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées, using the integrated complementary training system currently applicable to students from the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole Normale Supérieure. The training includes co-validation of the end-of-course internship at the home engineering school, two academic semesters and a final-year project. In addition to the engineering curriculum, the program includes personalized support in preparation for competitive examinations.
In addition to awarding a double engineering degree, it will in principle enable access to specific "Talents" competitive examinations, which could be open as early as spring 2025.
