Call for joint academic on innovative educational projects
EELISA invites academics, teaching staff, and programme teams from its partner institutions to collaborate on forward-looking educational initiatives that contribute to shaping the future of European higher education.
What is the opportunity?
The launch of the first EELISA Joint Academic Call represents a key milestone in transforming a shared vision into concrete educational innovation. Based on the EELISA Joint Education Roadmap, this call encourages academics to move from concept to implementation by co-developing learning experiences aligned with the evolving landscape of European higher education.
This initiative supports academic teams in designing, developing, and piloting ECTS-awarding activities that are both innovative and scalable. Beyond individual courses or collaborations, the objective is to create high-quality academic offerings that can be replicated, adapted, and integrated across programmes within the alliance.

- Pairing of existing courses (up to €5,000): flexible collaborations linking courses across institutions without modifying core learning outcomes
- New joint courses (up to €8,000): fully co-designed and co-delivered courses with shared objectives
- Micro-credentials (up to €10,000): short, targeted, certified learning opportunities addressing emerging skills needs
- Degree alignment (up to €3,000): adaptation of existing programmes to reflect the EELISA European Engineer Profile and enhance visibility within the alliance
- Joint degrees (up to €15,000): long-term collaborations aimed at developing fully integrated degree programmes through a two-phase process
