École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées will be present at the 24th edition of SIMI – the Real Estate Investment Exhibition, which will take place from December 9 to 11, 2025 at Paris Expo – Porte de Versailles.

In a context where real estate is being reinvented in light of climate, societal, and financial challenges, SIMI is a strategic meeting point for the School’s executive education programs.

On this occasion, the School will present:

The Mastère Spécialisé® in Sustainable Real Estate and Building: a program at the heart of the energy and digital transition in the real estate and construction sectors.
The European Executive Master “Digital Twins for Infrastructures & Cities”: an online program developed in collaboration with the EELISA Alliance (ENPC Paris, UPM Madrid, BME Budapest), training experts in digital twins for urban infrastructures.
