Let's celebrate the 2023 EELISA Days!
EELISA is embarking on a new phase, and what better way to mark our journey than by honoring Elisa Leonida Zamfirescu, born on November 10, 1887, in Galati, Romania. Not only did she inspire the name of our Alliance, but she also embodied the values of multiculturalism, inclusiveness, innovation, excellence, and social commitment that we hold dear today.
This year, during the month of November, a diverse range of activities and formats, including on-site, online, and hybrid options, will be offered to all EELISA community members and beyond. Alongside this array of events, on November 10th, all EELISA partners will open the "EELISA, My European University" exhibition. This showcase will spotlight the individuals behind the institutions who are instrumental in making EELISA a reality.
Within that framework, from November 13th to 17th, a delegation of 10 people from École nationale des ponts et chaussées, led by its Director Anthony Briant, will travel to Madrid by train, thus illustrating the compatibility between an eco-friendly transportation choice and the development of international collaborations. The visit aims to deepen the long and fruitful academic and scientific relations between ENPC and UPM.
