PhD programs: information for 2025-2026 registration

As of September 1, 2025, the administrative transfer of the doctoral program to the Institut Polytechnique de Paris is effective. In order to simplify the process for doctoral students, here is some useful information for completing your registration or re-registration at École nationale des ponts et chaussées.

The registration and reregistration campaign runs from September 1 to October 31, 2025

Doctoral student in 1st, 2nd, 3rd & more year, attached to the following doctoral schools in 2024/2025

• CEREA / CIRED / HM&Co / LEESU / LHSV / LIGM IMAGINE & NAVIER: transfer to IP Paris 626 Doctoral School
• CERMICS: transfer to MH 574 Doctoral School
• LATTS and LVMT: re-registration with VTT 528 Doctoral School
• PjSE : re-registration with 465 Économie Panthéon Sorbonne Doctoral School

Online procedure via Adum, by logging into your personal space and clicking on “I wish to request my re-enrollment in X year.”

New doctoral students (2025/2026)

• Registration with the following Doctoral Schools : 465 Économie Panthéon Sorbonne, VTT 528, MH 574 and IP Paris 626, depending on the affiliated research units and specialties

Online procedure via the creation of an account on Adum.

For doctoral students whose thesis defense is scheduled before 12/21/2025

• No transfer or administrative re-registration
• No new tuition and CVEC payments

The defense procedure is initiated by logging into your personal account and filling in the required fields.
