One Night ot Innovate

The principle is simple: working in small groups, the students have one night to develop an innovative project. Early in the morning, these projects are submitted to a jury consisting of members of École nationale des ponts et chaussées and business people. The team that comes up with the best project is awarded a sum of money, provided by the School. The event is also supported by the School’s industrial partners, who provide the awards for the 2nd and 3rd prizes.

After an opening lecture, the project launch workshop leads into collaborative teamwork overseen by experienced professionals. Between 7 am and 9 am, the projects are then to a jury consisting of the Director of the School, former students who have become entrepreneurs, and recognised professionals, who assess their relevance and viability.

This competition is aimed at École nationale des ponts et chaussées students but is also open to students from EELISA's partner universities and other institutions in the Paris region , whether they are interested in setting up a business, already have a project in mind, or are simply looking for information.

The next edition will take place on December 4th 2025 !

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week - Innovating to accelerate the ecological transition

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week aims to raise awareness of entrepreneurship among first-year engineering students, focusing on the themes of ecological/energy transition, mobility, and sustainable construction.
This entrepreneurial activity enables them to acquire the skills inherent to the engineering profession: managing complex projects, working in teams under time constraints, addressing all aspects of a project and presenting it, etc.

The first edition will take place from June 26 to 29, 2026.
