Herminie Metzger Elected President of Ponts Alumni

Herminie Metzger was unanimously elected President of Ponts Alumni on April 16th.

Herminie Metzger holds a degree in engineering from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (2013) and a DE degree in architecture from the École d’Architecture de Paris Belleville. After gaining experience at structural and facade engineering firms in France and abroad, she joined the international engineering firm schlaich bergermann partner (sbp), which specializes in lightweight and complex structures and is historically based in Stuttgart.

Since 2019, she has served as deputy director of the Paris office and, in addition to her role as project manager on large-scale projects, holds cross-functional responsibilities, including that of director of development.

The new committee was introduced at the Ponts Alumni General Assembly on Monday, May 18th, 2026
