Reinvesting in Resilient Real Estate
The Economics of Urban Ecological Transition Chair (Real Estate, Housing, Architecture, Development) organises its first conference « Reinvesting in Resilient Real Estate »:
Wednesday 6 March 2024, from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm at the Collège de France.
This event is part of the pre-forum of the Buildings and Climate Global Forum, co-organised by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the French Government with the support of the Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction (GlobalABC), which will bring together for the first time ministers in charge of construction and high-level representatives of key organisations in the building sector, to launch a new momentum in international collaboration for the decarbonisation and resilience of buildings.
Structured around four round tables, the conference will provide an opportunity to compare the views of several academic disciplines (economics, architecture, engineering) with those of public decision-makers and economic players on the challenges of resilience in the property sector.
